I have extensive experience in employee onboarding, coaching, and managing learning projects from concept to evaluation. I thrive working independently while building strong partnerships with stakeholders to ensure every solution meets learner and business needs.
My approach combines instructional design frameworks, adult learning principles, accessibility best practices, and insights from neuroscience to create learning that is practical, inclusive, engaging and effective.
Outside of work, I am a lifelong learner with a passion for continuous education. I enjoy learning languages, world literature and cinema, walking in the nature, and exploring —interests that continually inspire my curiosity and broaden my perspective.
